Set up MyTeamBuilder in Slack
Install the app once for your workspace. Then each person links their own account to unlock personalised coaching.
Install the Slack app
An Organisation Admin installs MyTeamBuilder in Slack once for the workspace. This sets up the bot and permissions.
Add to SlackMembers connect accounts
Team members open the app in Slack or send a message to Bilee. They will see a "Connect account" button to link their MyTeamBuilder profile.
Start coaching in Slack
Once linked, Bilee can deliver in-the-moment coaching, Meeting Insights, and team dynamics guidance directly in Slack.
Privacy and confidence
Coaching conversations are private and confidential. Organisation Admins only see aggregated insights, never individual messages. When people understand each other better, they work better together.
Tip: if Slack looks out of date after an install, close the app and open it again to refresh the view.
