Billing is simple and transparent. You're charged per active seat each month. For Starter plans, you can have up to 5 seats at £7 per seat. For Premium, there's no limit — add as many team members as you need at £15 per seat.
Organisation Admins are always free as long as you have at least one paying member. You can add or remove team members at any time, and you'll only pay for active seats in your billing cycle.
Yes, you have complete control over your subscription. You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and deactivating auto-renewal. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Please note that upon cancellation, you will lose access to all coaching conversations, member profiles, team insights and organisational data. We recommend downloading any important information before cancelling.

Absolutely. You can upgrade from Starter to Premium at any time through your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll immediately get access to all Premium features and unlimited seats.
If you need to downgrade from Premium to Starter, please note that you'll need to reduce your team to 5 members or fewer, and you'll lose access to Premium-only features like Organisation Insights, unlimited questions, and Trending Topics. Contact us if you need help with the transition.
