Assessment access for a wider group

Build wider insight. Add private coaching where it will help.

A wider assessment is valuable only when the result changes how people work together. Give each person a 36-question, 5-minute assessment and Personality profile; use completed profiles in Team dynamics where permissions allow; reserve Coaching seats and private Bilee support for people with an ongoing need.

Why mix access?

An assessment is easily forgotten when there is nowhere useful to take it next

At the same time, buying ongoing coaching for every participant can put the same level of support behind very different needs. MyTeamBuilder keeps the profile useful across a wider group, then adds private support around particular roles, conversations and development priorities.

Bring completed profiles into Team dynamics where permissions allow.

Reserve coaching for a real need

Assign Bilee access when ongoing private support will be used.

Two ways to take part

The assessment is shared. The ongoing experience is not.

The seat name tells the buyer what access they are assigning—it does not change the assessment itself.

Assessment seat

For assessment and profile access without an account. The person follows a unique link, completes the assessment, receives their Personality profile and can contribute to Team dynamics where permissions allow.

No Bilee, login, Meeting Insights or authenticated coaching tools. This person is called an Assessment User in administration.

Coaching seat

For someone who also needs ongoing private support. They can sign in, ask Bilee for help and use the authenticated tools available to their role.

An Organisation Admin always occupies a Coach Seat. Anyone acting as a Team Lead requires one too.

What assessment-only access feels like

A short invitation-to-profile journey

No account is created and there is no coaching dashboard to learn. The unique link keeps the person focused on the assessment and their result.

01

A personal invitation

The organisation gives each person an Assessment seat: access to the assessment and profile, but not the coaching app. They receive a unique link, so there is no account or password to create.

02

36 questions in 5 minutes

They complete the 36-question, 5-minute assessment through that link. Their answers are saved without giving them a MyTeamBuilder login.

03

Personality profile

They receive a practical Personality profile that explains their preferences, strengths and communication style in everyday language.

04

Team dynamics

Where permissions allow, the completed profile contributes to Team dynamics, helping colleagues compare communication and decision-making styles. It does not give that person Bilee or any authenticated coaching tools.

The value beyond one profile

Build Team dynamics from completed profiles

Where permissions allow, each completed Personality profile can add to a team-level view of communication preferences, decision-making styles and ways of working.

That view can support a project kick-off, a conversation about recurring friction or a Team Lead preparing to work differently with two people who need different things.

What it is not

Team dynamics is not a live behaviour feed and it does not use private coaching messages.

Organisation Insights is separate. When there is enough coaching activity to protect anonymity, it groups mood and topic patterns into organisation-level trends rather than using assessment answers.

Team dynamics uses completed Personality profiles for a permitted team to support conversations about working styles.

Organisation Insights is separate. When there is enough coaching activity to protect anonymity, it groups mood and topic patterns into organisation-level trends without showing or attributing messages.

When private coaching becomes useful

Assign a Coach Seat when the work asks more of someone

The Organisation Admin can change access later. A newly promoted manager can start preparing feedback with Bilee without repeating the assessment; someone whose role no longer needs ongoing coaching can return to assessment-only access. The person cannot make that change themselves.

Access changes through the organisation

Assessment Users cannot upgrade themselves. When someone needs ongoing coaching, an Organisation Admin assigns a Coach Seat. If no paid Coach Seat is available, the organisation adds one before changing that person’s access.

What a Coach Seat adds

The person receives sign-in instructions and private, always-on support from Bilee, plus the authenticated tools available to their role. Every Organisation Admin occupies a Coach Seat, and anyone acting as a Team Lead also requires one.

A new Team Lead

They now need continuing help with delegation, feedback and different working styles.

A difficult period

They are handling repeated sensitive conversations and need a private place to prepare.

An important development goal

They want always-on support while practising a behaviour over time, not a one-off answer.

A role no longer needs coaching access

The Admin can remove Coach Seat access and keep the organisation's mix aligned to current needs.

A worked starting point

Begin with the people who need coaching now

An organisation could start with 5 Coaching seats for its Admin, Team Leads or other priority roles, then add up to 100 Assessment Users under the current allocation—105 people represented across the two access types.

This is an example, not a prescribed rollout. The settings-backed terms below show the current minimum, allocation, offer condition and post-offer price. See the full Pricing page before making a commercial decision.

The access mix never changes the privacy boundary

An Admin manages seats, not private conversations

People can use Bilee to think honestly because individual messages are not a management view.

Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Insights are anonymised; no individual messages are visible to Organisation Admins or Team Leads.

Confidential means an Organisation Admin or Team Lead cannot read or identify a person’s coaching messages. Organisation Insights only presents anonymised patterns when there is enough coaching activity to protect individuals. See the full data boundaries.

Customer experience

“MyTeamBuilder is an incredibly powerful tool in navigating managers (especially outside of HR) through challenging and difficult leadership situations. It has improved not only our overall team dynamics, but individually we are all finding the ongoing coaching and support to be so valuable.”

Common questions

Before you choose the access mix

For a capability-by-capability breakdown, compare Coaching and Assessment access.

No. MyTeamBuilder uses one subscription with two seat types. The Organisation Admin starts the subscription and assigns the access mix; an Assessment User does not register for a separate plan.

No. They use a unique link to complete the 36-question, 5-minute assessment and view their Personality profile. Assessment access does not include Bilee, Meeting Insights, private documents, calendar-connected features or a logged-in dashboard.

Yes. An Organisation Admin can assign an available Coach Seat later or remove that access when needs change. Assessment Users cannot upgrade themselves.

Team dynamics brings together completed Personality profiles where permissions allow. Organisation Insights is separate: it groups anonymised mood and topic patterns only when there is enough coaching activity to protect individuals. It does not use assessment answers or expose individual coaching messages.
