Knowledge Library gives Organisation Admins a secure place to upload internal documents such as policies, playbooks, handbooks and training guides. MyTeamBuilder extracts and prepares supported files, including PDF, Word and PowerPoint documents, then makes the relevant sections available to Bilee when someone asks a related question. Bilee can reference the document name, show a useful excerpt and link back to the source, helping answers stay aligned with your organisation’s language, values and ways of working. The feature is opt-in per organisation, only Organisation Admins can manage uploaded files, and document access remains protected by organisation membership checks.
