MyTeamBuilder now works inside Microsoft Teams, giving Team Leads, managers and HR teams a simple way to message Bilee from a 1:1 Teams chat. The Teams app supports secure account linking, help shortcuts, profile-aware coaching, feedback drafting, team-member coaching, Meeting Insights when Outlook is connected, and clear safety/reporting routes for AI-generated responses. Coaching conversations remain private: Organisation Admins and Team Leads never see individual messages, and organisation-level visibility stays anonymised and aggregated. This was added so users can get practical coaching at the moment they need it, without leaving the tools they already use every day.
