Remove Organisation Members Safely

Organisation Admins can now remove a person from an organisation without deleting their MyTeamBuilder account. Key organisation changes are also recorded in a new Activity card, including member removals, user additions, and Organisation Document uploads or deletions.

Organisation Admins now have a safer way to manage membership from the Organisation Dashboard. In the Team Members section, open a member’s Actions menu and choose Remove from organisation. A confirmation modal explains that the person will be removed from the organisation, while their MyTeamBuilder user account remains intact.

The Organisation Dashboard also includes an Activity card below Organisation Documents, giving admins a clearer operational record of important changes. It tracks when users are added or removed from the organisation, and when Organisation Documents are uploaded or deleted.

This keeps organisation management clearer and more auditable without exposing private coaching conversations or individual AI Coach content.
