Team Leads and Organisation Admins can now reset a completed assessment from the team member actions menu. After confirmation, the member's current Personality profile is cleared and they receive an email link to retake the 5-minute assessment, so their updated result can be used across MyTeamBuilder. We also added an internal Assessment Retakes view in admin to compare old and new type and score summaries, helping support and operations understand when a reset has led to a fresh profile. This was added for cases where a member needs to retake their assessment after completing it, without creating a new account or manually editing data.
